Natural Therapy: At room temperature, place the pad over the eyes or forehead.
Cold Therapy (Cryotherapy): Place the pillow in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag for a minimum of 30 (thirty) minutes. Remove the plastic packaging and apply the pad to the eye area or forehead.
Cold Therapy (Cryotherapy): To avoid possible burns on the most sensitive skin, it is recommended to test the temperature on the hands and apply on an extra layer of tissue, if necessary.
*Be sure to remove the plastic packaging before using the product.
* As it is a natural product, heat it only in the microwave. Store in its own plastic packaging in a refrigerator or freezer, or in a dry, ventilated, clean and moisture-free place, periodically exposing it to the sun or microwave oven. When necessary, simply clean the surface of the pad with a damp cloth. Do not wash with chemicals or immerse the product in water. Do not pass. We are not responsible for the misuse of pillows.
