OVERVIEW

As these are health and personal care products, we only offer product exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {info@drgrao.com}.

Exchanges for defects are carried out through a technical evaluation of the product, carried out within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the return.

Our return policy for manufacturing defects lasts 20 (twenty) days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a product exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for carrying out the exchange by default within 20 (twenty) days:

  • To make the exchange, the purchased product must be in perfect condition, in its original box and packaging, with no signs of use and carrying proof of purchase.
  • The exchange will be made for another piece of the same value, at the customer’s choice, or as part of payment for another piece of greater value than the exchanged piece, upon payment of the difference.
  • If the exchange is made for a product of lower value than the product given for the exchange, Dr. Grão will not refund values, coupons or similar.
  • Exchanges will be made based on stock availability.
  • All products to be returned must be in new condition with no signs of use, be in their original packaging, accompanied by the tax receipt.

REFUNDS

Refunds/Returns, you must express your regret within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. All products to be returned must be in new condition with no signs of use and / or handling, be in their original packaging, accompanied by the tax receipt.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you must send your product to: Ericeira, Lisbon/Portugal.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
